This 5-week series will have a focus on flexibility in the hips and strength in the core. Each individual class will be unique. Each class will be a full-body experience.
A little prior yoga experience is necessary. If you have never been on a yoga mat before, please check out the Beginner/Level 1 series I am offering.
There are two ways to join:

Investment: $75 for all 5 classes ($20 for a single-class drop-in)
Minimum 4 participants to run this series; no maximum.
