This 9-class series (or however many you’d like to join) has an overarching focus on grounding and centering. Each individual class will be unique. Each class will be a full-body experience.
A little prior yoga experience is necessary.
There are three ways to join:

each class will be recorded and available for a week for you to stream or download

$130 for all 9 classes
$75 for 5 classes of your choice
$20 for a single-class drop-in
