This 5-week series will focus on releasing silencing, tension, clenching, in the neck, jaw, and ears. These physical areas are the seat of our creative expression and “voice” in the world. This will be a full-body movement practice with particular focus on shoulders, neck, cervical spine, and jaw.
Some prior yoga experience is helpful. All levels are welcome.
