This five-day challenge dares you to practice yoga for one hour each day, for five days in a row. What will a daily practice consist of? How will you sustain yourself? What will it feel like to embody intention for a full week? What might arise as you summon yourself to your mat each day?
Some prior yoga experience is helpful. All levels are welcome.
