This 5-week series runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 21 through August 20.
REBalance Yoga explores building presence through body skills and resources. Balance, strength, flexibility, resilience, and greater awareness are all aspects of every class. In some classes we will work with hypo- and hyper-responsiveness across the entire body, and in others we will work with specific muscles or muscle groups.
Each class will be a full-body experience. Some prior yoga experience is necessary.
You can drop in to just 1 class, join me for all 15 classes, or anything in between.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:45am
Wednesdays 8:30-9:45am
Thursdays 7:30-8:45am
Investment:*
pay in advance for 11-15 classes: $15 per class
pay in advance for 5-10 classes: $18 per class
up to 4 classes or pay-as-you-go any number of classes: $20 per class
Karma card is available if cost is prohibitive.
