Hold Your Ground (L 1/2)


This 5-week series, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:45am, will start from the ground and move up, seeking stability. Sometimes the ground will be feet and legs, sometimes hands and arms, sometimes pelvis and sit bones.

You will breathe deeply. You will sweat. You will hold your ground, with more awareness. You will leave your mat feeling refreshed, ready for whatever is next.

Investment for this series:

  • pay in advance for 8-10 classes: $15 per class ($120-$150)

  • pay in advance for 5-7 classes: $18 per class ($90-$126)

  • for up to 4 classes or pay as you go: $20 per class

  • Karma card is available if cost is prohibitive.
