Core Basics (Beg/L1)


June 7th and June 14th: 7:30-8:30am.

New to yoga? Need to slow down so you can embody your yoga? Not sure if you have developed some troublesome habits as you’ve advanced your practice?

This is a Beginner/Level 1 class focused on extending from beginner fundamentals to safely introduce new poses and variations.

Instruction on moving into and out of poses safely. Slow Sun Salutations. Safe risks.

Each class will be a full-body experience.

These classes are only offered LIVE IN PERSON.
