This 6-week series will have an overarching focus on the first and second chakra areas—the feet, legs, pelvis, hips, low back and low belly.
We will work on grounding and centering, balance (in all ways), loosening what is too tight, and tightening what is too loose.
We will also work with the intent of correct dosage: How do we wake up the sleepy aspects and quiet the loud aspects of ourselves—bringing all of ourselves online—by practicing with correct effort in each moment?
Each individual class will be unique. Each class will be a full-body experience.
Some prior yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
