Yoga Fundamentals (Beginner Series)


Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30am, May 10-May 31.

This 4-week beginner series is for anyone who has never ever done yoga or for anyone who wants to brush up on their yoga foundations. The most basic elements and moves. Only the fundamentals. Nothing fancy.

Each class will be a full-body experience. This class will only be offered LIVE IN PERSON.
