Our world is a different, in some ways much more challenging, place now than it was even just 2 years ago. It can be hard to remember what is also NOT challenging—what is wonderful and beautiful and brings us joy. In Peace Is Every Step, Thich Nhat Hanh included a section on the question “What’s not wrong?” In this series will take Thich Nhat Hanh’s words as our base and focus on what is going right. Let’s plant seeds of wonder, joy, happiness, peace—on our mats, in our lives, in the world.

On Zoom, with limited capacity to join in-person in the Woodstock studio. All-levels.

Tuesdays 8-9:15am AND/OR Thursdays 7:15-8:30am.

Each class will also be available for participants to stream online for a week.

Investment:

• $95 for all 8 classes ~ both the Tuesday and the Thursday series.

• $60 for either the 4-class Tuesday or the 4-class Thursday series.

• Drop-in is $18 per class.
