In this series of three 30-minute practices, we will heat up your core with moves focused on strengthening your abdominals, recruiting your upper torso, stabilizing your spine and hips. The intention of this series is to build strength and stability, so we will jump right into movement and keep moving. Mostly abdominal moves, plus hips and upper back.

* In my regular group classes we normally do 5 to 6 repetitions of abdominal moves; in this series we will do at least 10 of each. And we may do some new ones, so get ready!

* Spine and hip stabilizers may support those with sacrum and knee instability.
