Balance Yourself (Tuesday Series)

How do we stay centered in ourselves when we are off balance? How do we remain calm in the middle of chaos? How do we embrace ambivalence — the fluctuation between one thing and its opposite — as a superpower?

In this 5-week series, we will explore finding our center through the balance of inhale/exhale, effort/ease, give/receive, inside/outside, connected/disconnected, being/doing.

This series will be a combination of asana (movement), pranayama (breathing technique), and intention setting. It is not an introductory class, but down-level and up-level options are always offered, so if you have taken even only a few classes of yoga in the past, you should be fine in this series.

EVERYONE signed up for a class will receive a video recording of the class to download to your device.

$70 for the series. Drop-in is $18 per class.
