Tuesdays and Thursdays ~ 7:30-8:45am

This 5-week series will focus on connecting to and leading with your heart. Balance your acceptance of your self and your affiliation with others. Honor your uniqueness and celebrate your interrelation. Access strength in your core and legs to support inward connection and create space in your heart from which to connect outward. Each individual class will be unique. Each class will be a full-body experience.

Some prior yoga experience is helpful. All levels are welcome.

Investment for this series:

• pay in advance for 8-10 classes: $15 per class ($120-$150)

• pay in advance for 5-7 classes: $18 per class ($90-$126)

• for up to 4 classes or pay as you go: $20 per class
