This 6-week series will have an overarching focus on correct dosage of effort.
How do we wake up the sleepy aspects and quiet the loud aspects of ourselves by practicing with correct effort in each moment?
Each individual class will also have a unique physical focus. Each class will be a full-body experience.
Some prior yoga experience is helpful. All levels are welcome.
