New Year, New Intention

Tuesdays Jan 4-25, 8-9:15am, AND/OR Thursdays Jan 6-27, 7:15-8:30am OR by video replay for a week after each class.

Set your intention for the year ahead in this movement-based yoga series. Mostly asana (movement), a little pranayama (breathing technique), and a lot of intention.

  • WEEK 1: Clear and align your energy. Each class will include a brief chakra clearing and centering pranayama/meditation and will focus on embodying your personal strength, power, and unique youness.

  • WEEK 2: Let go of what lingers within you from 2021. What can you toss into your ground to fertilize 2022? This week we will shake off and set free old stories, old beliefs, your outgrown, your not-enoughs.

  • WEEK 3: Develop your intention for the year. What words bubble up to guide you? What images will set you on your path? How can those words and those images be said and seen by you as already true?

  • WEEK 4: Practice your intention for the year. Where in your body does this intention live? How can you remind yourself ~ daily ~ of what is at the core of everything you do?

On Zoom, with limited capacity to join in-person in the Woodstock studio. All-levels.

Each class will also be available for participants to stream online for a week.

$95 for all 8 classes ~ both the Tuesday and the Thursday series. All classes available online for a week.

$60 for either the 4-class Tuesday or the 4-class Thursday series. All classes available online for a week.

Drop-in is $18 per class. Each class available online for a week.
