Never had a yoga practice? Just beginning? Or looking for a gentle 60-minute practice?
We will explore asana (movement) practice for around 55-60 minutes, then have a long final rest with time for questions at the end of class. So if you can only join for an hour, join me!
You will be introduced to breathing techniques, break down (and reassemble) basic poses, and move through basic sequences.
