This 5-week series will provide a path toward centering, grounding. Prepare yourself for winter, for socializing, for holding your own boundaries with clarity, so you can lean into your choices from a place of balance.
Some prior yoga experience is helpful. All levels are welcome.
There are three ways to join:
- live on Zoom 
- limited live in-studio (click here for availability and to reserve an in-person spot)* 
- by video after class (everyone registered will receive the link and be able to download each class)
