This 5-week series focuses on gratitude to open our hearts, center our minds, and ground our bodies.
The practice will be a combination of asana (movement), pranayama (breathing technique), and intention setting. It is not an introductory class, but down-level and up-level options are always offered, so if you have taken even only a few classes of yoga in the past, you should be fine in this series.
